Lisa Germano is a ballad maker, singer, & fiddler. Her number 1 appearance withinside recordings was in 1987 as a fiddler for John Mellencamp, with whom she besides toured. Around 1991 she freed a album On The Way Down From The Moon Palace on her own label. She signed to Capitol Records & freed one album, Happiness, with the two. Disgruntled using a major-label own experience, she signed to 4AD, which re-released Happiness by owning a select few alterations. Her number 1 album written for 4AD, Geek the Girl, was well-received critically. Fallowing 2 further albums, 4AD ended her contract. She yet signed to the label Ineffable, an imprint of ARTISTdirect, with whom she freed Lullaby For Liquid Pig in 2002.
